All women equally benefit from the equal participation and representations ensuring their voices are being heard in the developmental issues of this country.

Support for increased women's participation and representation in decision making bodies have involved the activities:

a) voter awareness in partnership with the Vanuatu Electoral Commission

b)Support for women contestant training,

c)Networking with women elected members in the municipalities

d) Research on the implementation of TSM in the Municipalities

e) Supporting coalition specific to promoting greater representation and participation of women

f) Advocate and lobbying for support towards greater opportunities for increased women's representation in local government and in government as a whole.
